Q1. What measures you will take to complete a boring job?
Ans. No job comes with a Tag "BOORING". It is rather you who make things in that way, and if at all it is not that exciting - make it by adding a thing yourself to it and present it better.

Q2. Explain me about your most important ambition?
Ans. Firstly to be well settled in my life with my own platform and that is in software field. Secondly to start my own company of handicraft goods, because it will help to enrich Bengal's Art, employee the needy people & thereby I can fulfill my dream.

Q3. Will you set your ambitions by yourself or by others at your work.
Ans. Every successful man has an ambition without ambition there is no success I will set my ambition. Why should I give suggestion or get suggestion of my life. Why should I follow when I can lead the way.

Q4. What is your most unforgettable moment in your life.
Ans. When I was in 10th we waiting for the results which going announce on that day I was really excited about my results. Results came and I got 82% but I felt unhappy as I had expected at least 90%. I thought some one else would be the topper of our school but I was surprised to know that I was the topper. I had done my 10th class from a government school.

Q5. What did you earn in your last job?
Ans. I have earned wisdom related to morale of an organization and strategic decision by top level management and how to implement, work under pressure, how to do smart work in a lesser time.

Q6. How often are you off sick?
Ans. As I am the hard worker, I get physically sick (tired) after doing the nature of work which is assigned by the company but mentally very strong to do more works and take it as blissful because sick is curable.

Q7. Are you prepared to relocate?
Ans. Definitely there is no problem of relocating to grab a good opportunity.

Q8. Are you too young for this job?
Ans. Age is not a factor of competency. Thought we are young securing knowledge is important. Young people can think a lot of healthy and can totally involve in work environment.

Q9. Are you too old for this job?
Ans. I do not think age is a measure of competency. I bring in experience with my age. I know the pitfalls and can guide myself and my team through those to the target.

Q10. Have you ever been fired?
Ans. Failure is the milestone of success. When my employer is firing for my weakness, I get lighting for my success.

Q11. If you have changed jobs a lot, you may be asked how long you would stay in the new job.
Ans. This is my dream and goal and no way going out of it so I will be in this job and the concern forever. If u ask me the minimum period then it will be up to ten years.

Q12. What interests do you have outside work?
Ans. I like to do net surfing and relax my mind to think new innovative and creative ideas and do yoga.

Q13. How did you get on with your previous manager/supervisor, co-workers and subordinates?
Ans. I was like a friend to all colleagues, co workers, subordinates and my superiors and had maintained a very good relationship.

Q14. What are your career goals?
Ans. Am a fresher, I want to work in the software organization where I can grow with the organization, gain knowledge, experience, and become expert in the domain in which I will be working, this is my short term goal, my future aim is to prepare for UPSC, get selected. And implement my ideas, vision which I had gained through the experience Develop many R&D's, improve job opportunities for the fresh graduates. So that I can contribute a little towards the growth of my country. There is a long way to go.

Q15. Do you mind working for someone older than yourself? Younger than you? Of the opposite sex?
Ans. It does not matter whether a boss is older/younger/from opposite sex. It maters whether he/she is supportive, inspiring, motivating, understanding your problem or not.

Q16. How many hours are you prepared to work?
Ans. Yes, I like to work in pressure. Enjoy my work, to do best for both me and organization.

Q17. Can you work under pressure?
Ans. Would like to avoid monotony in my work. I would try my best to bring some innovation in my job and to do every little work with perfection and would love to have a challenging job that gives you knowledge and enriching experiences.

Q18. What would you like to avoid in your next job?
Ans. According to my past experience, I have never thought of how many hours I have to work. According to the necessity of work I will always be there with you. This will be my approach of the second job.

Q19. What problems did you encounter in your last job? What annoyed you about your last job?
Ans. Fired thing are there in my mind, but I never fired in my last company, it may spoil work environment.

Q20. What do you dislike doing?
Ans. I dislike doing non-constructive talks.
